HOW I WORK WITH PEOPLE

Before any message, call, or post, I ask myself one question:

How do I increase this person's clarity, momentum, or confidence?

That's it. That's the filter.

Serve first. Monetise second.
Introduce without expecting anything back.
Accept help. Accept referrals.
Accept paid work confidently.

I read this every single day. Not because I've mastered it, but because it's easy to forget. Easy to slip into thinking about what I need instead of what the person in front of me needs.

Here's what I've learned: giving is not discounting. Serving is not undercharging. You can help someone fully and still charge properly for your time later. Those aren't in conflict — they're sequence.

The reminder isn't really for other people. It's for me. Helping someone else find clarity gives me a sense of purpose too. That's not a strategy. It's just true.

So this stays taped to the inside of how I work. One question, asked before everything else.
